Licence terms.

Written to be read. These terms apply to every Awesome Frame licence.

Who you are dealing with

Awesome Frame is made and sold by Absolutely Awesome Group Pty Ltd (ABN 91 697 577 521), Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. "We" on this page means that company.

Trial

Frame is fully working for 30 days from the first time it applies an image to your desktop. When the trial ends, automatic changes stop and your current wallpaper stays. Your collection, your answers, export and deletion remain available without a licence.

Licence

US$29, paid once. No subscription.
One licence covers the Macs you personally use. There is no device limit and no online activation; the licence is a signed file you keep.
Includes every 1.x update of Frame. A future major version may be offered as a paid upgrade.
Frame is built for macOS 27 and later. Apple changes the wallpaper system regularly; we will keep 1.x working on the macOS versions current at the time of each 1.x release, and we do not promise compatibility with every future macOS version indefinitely.

Refunds

Within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email hello@awesomeframe.com from the address you bought with, or ask Paddle directly through the link on your receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, tax, receipts and billing questions. Prices are in US dollars. Paddle works out any sales tax, VAT or GST due where you live and shows it at checkout.

Your content

Everything you put into Frame is yours and stays on your Mac. We hold no copy of it and claim no rights over it.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law where you live.
