Your personal images, words and answers belong on your Mac.

The app

There is no account and no sign-in.
Images you import are copied into Frame's own folder on your Mac. They are never uploaded anywhere.
Your answers in the guidance, and the meaning you attach to an image, are stored locally and shown on your wallpaper only if you explicitly choose that for a specific line.
Frame sends no usage data, no analytics and no crash reports without you choosing to send one.
Photos downloads, app updates and purchasing or receiving a licence can use network services. Personal images and answers are not sent to our servers, and there are no recurring online licence checks.
Your wallpaper, like anyone's, may appear in a screen recording or screen share. Frame cannot exclude it, and does not claim to.
You can export everything Frame holds, and delete everything, from inside the app. Deleting never touches your original files.

We do not add analytics scripts or advertising cookies to this website. Our hosting provider processes normal request information to serve and secure the site.
If you join the waitlist, your email and optional first name go to our email provider, ActiveCampaign, so we can tell you when Frame ships. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your details. ActiveCampaign processes them to provide the email service.
Sample images on this site are AI-generated illustrations, not customer photos.
Purchases are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details and billing address under its own privacy policy; we never see your card. Paddle passes us your email so we can send your licence, which we deliver through our email provider, Resend.
